Glow Up - The Content Creation Membership - Terms of Service:

RULES OF USE:

Glow Up is an online content creation membership to guide you through creating your content in an easier, simpler and quicker way. Members work together on small steps that build up to big results so they can get on with running their business.

Along with training and resources, as a community we share our wins, questions, insights and details of our lives as business owners. 

I encourage you to use this membership group to share what you’re working on, ask and answer questions, and give and ask for feedback. Please do so with an open mind to other people’s lives and businesses. We are all going through the journey of entrepreneurship - let’s treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, kindness is required. Anything shared within the community group should be respected and kept confidential. 

Please don’t use this group to share negativity or inappropriate content. I reserve the right to remove members from the community group or the membership as a whole at any time for failure to comply with these community rules and guidelines. 

Anything interpreted as negative or inappropriate should be reported to Lorna Taylor or the membership admins.

TERMINATION:

Lorna Taylor reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership due to payment cancellation or failure to comply with the community rules and guidelines (see Rules of Use above). 

You can terminate your membership at any time. Contact Lorna Taylor directly or email lorna@lornaandthegram.co.uk to cancel your monthly recurring payment. Access to the membership materials and community group will be removed at the end of the calendar month after cancellation. 

PAYMENT TERMS:

By purchasing Glow Up - The Content Creation Membership, you are agreeing to the payment terms. 

A recurring monthly fee will be taken by Direct Debit via Stripe with payments ongoing until termination. The recurring monthly fee will be set at the sale price available at the time of purchase. If you wish to terminate your membership and reactivate it at a later date, the monthly fee will be set at the sale price current at that time. 

All payments are in British Pound Sterling.

All payment information is held by Stripe. Policies can be found at https://stripe.com/gb 

Each payment made is non-refundable under any circumstances. Unpaid fees will lead to termination of your membership.

The initial payment to activate the membership gives the user immediate access to the products in the membership area https://www.lornaandthegram.co.uk/products/courses/view/1126516) and community group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/glowupmembers)

CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP TERMS:

Lorna Taylor may amend the terms of the membership at any time by reasonable notice. 

There may be instances where the structure of and content within is revised, and changes made as the membership grows. All members will be notified when significant changes are made to the membership with reasonable notice. 

LIABILITY:

Lorna Taylor is not held liable or responsible for revenue or sales related to users' businesses. Sales figures and income targets remain the sole management and duty of the business owner. Content within the membership and from Lorna Taylor is purely advice and guidance to support business marketing efforts. The members are responsible for implementing the training, sessions and resources in line with the business interests and goals.

Momentum: A Unique 2 For 1 Coaching & Mentorship Experience - Terms of Service:

Momentum is a high-touch, small group exclusive experience for female service based business owners. It will be delivered jointly by Rachel Bloomfield and Lorna Taylor. All resources related to the experience will be held in the members area on Lorna Taylor's website

You will have access to the materials immediately after purchase. Therefore no refunds will be issued for this course. Please contact Lorna Taylor directly or email lorna@lornaandthegram.co.uk if there are any issues accessing the materials. 

If you have selected a split payment option, then four payments will be due (The first immediately on sign up, then monthly) via Stripe. All payment information is held by Stripe. Policies can be found at https://stripe.com/gb All payments are in British Pound Sterling.

Momentum will include 8x 1hr online zoom group calls held by Lorna Taylor and Rachel Bloomfield. These sessions will be held weekly on Tuesdays from 12:30pm. Momentum will also include 2x 2:1 sessions with both of us. These can be booked in on our online calendar. You will have one option to reschedule if you cannot make the session you have booked.

Support via Voxer will be available to all members during the course of the experience. You'll be able to ask questions, get feedback and accountability from Lorna, Rachel and the other members in this space. Voxer support from Rachel and Lorna will be contained to the working hours of 9am-3pm during the working week. 

Lorna Taylor and Rachel Bloomfield can not held liable or responsible for revenue or sales related to users' businesses. Sales figures and income targets remain the sole management and duty of the business owner. Content within the Coaching and Mentoring Experience by Rachel Bloomfield and from Lorna Taylor is purely advice and guidance to support life decisions and business marketing efforts.

The members are responsible for attending the group calls, implementing action points, using the Voxer support and resources in line with life/business interests and goals. 

Impact on Instagram Online Course - Terms of Service:

Impact on Instagram is a 3 part online self paced course to guide and teach business owners a content planning system, how to create content on Instagram and ways to engage effectively with their audience. 

The course sessions are delivered by Lorna Taylor and all resources and replays will be held in the members area on Lorna Taylor's website (https://www.lornaandthegram.co.uk).

You will have access to the course materials immediately after purchase. Therefore no refunds will be issued for this course. Please contact Lorna Taylor directly or email lorna@lornaandthegram.co.uk if there are any issues accessing the course materials. 

If you have selected a split payment option, then two payments will be due (The first immediately on sign up, the second, one month later) via Stripe. All payment information is held by Stripe. Policies can be found at https://stripe.com/gb All payments are in British Pound Sterling.

The 1:1 Upgrade version of this course will included 3x 1hr online zoom sessions with Lorna Taylor to support the implementation of the course. These sessions are to be booked on Lorna Taylor's online calendar and taken by the end of July 2023.

IG with me Coaching - Terms of Service:

This agreement, between Lorna Taylor (herein named as COACH) and the CLIENT, for the IG with me coaching program. The program fee is non-refundable. By committing to this process, you are committing to follow the program in order to see results.

The service provided to the CLIENT by the COACH is business marketing COACHING, as designed jointly with the CLIENT. COACHING, which is not directive advice, counseling, or therapy, may address overall goals, specific projects, or general conditions in the CLIENT's business. COACHING services may include setting priorities, establishing goals, identifying resources, brainstorming, creating action plans, asking clarifying questions, and providing models, examples, and in-the-moment skills training. The COACH promises that all information provided by the CLIENT will be kept strictly confidential.

Throughout the relationship, the COACH will engage in direct and personal conversations with the CLIENT, which will include asking explicit questions and making requests. The purpose of these interactions is to remind the CLIENT of his/her own intentions, and COACH him/her to realise them. In order for our relationship to achieve the maximum result, the COACH asks that the CLIENT agree to the following:

1.  Please be on time to all appointments. If you will be late, notify the COACH in advance. If you will miss an appointment, notify the COACH at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments missed without 24 hours’ notice will only be rescheduled at the COACH’s discretion.

2.  Be honest and participate fully and come prepared for sessions.

3.  Make a commitment to the action plans you create, and do what you have agreed to do.

4.  If you see that the program is not working as you desire, communicate feedback to COACH to better address desired goals.

The COACH makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will the COACH be liable to the Client for consequential or special damages.

This is the entire agreement of the parties, and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.

The CLIENT's purchase of the program indicates compliance with the above requests, and understanding of the services to be provided.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE:
